A Drainage Approach for Willowtown Dog Run: A Clean Slate

Excavation to remove nearly 60 cubic yards of compacted soil and old surface material, regrading to find a clean level, creation of a long trench drain down the center of the space, and finally, resurfacing with a thick layer of native ornamental gravel transformed the way the dog run looks and handles stormwater – even in a 100-year storm like the one we experienced on September 29, 2023.
